Pat is VP, Sales Representative with Kaizen Realty Capital Partners offering Sales, Consultative and Advisory Services. With over 15 years as a Real Estate Professional as an Independent Contractor (Sales Representative) and over 25 years of entrepreneurial and corporate experience, Pat has a unique and diverse foundation with the ability to lead and analyze data pertaining to small to extensive real estate holdings by creating customized strategies that align with his clients’ objectives and focus.

Pat specializes in Multi-Family and Land Development properties that include land assembly, feasibility studies, portfolio optimization and valuations, consulting, build-to-suits, sale-with VTB transactions, Joint Ventures and value-add solutions and recommendations.

Prior to joining Kaizen Capital Realty Partners, Pat has worked with industry leading Brokerages such as SVN Rock Advisor’s Inc. and Marcus & Millichap where he quickly established himself as a leading Specialist in the GTA and surrounding areas while growing a vast network of industry professionals of individual and institutional relationships.
